MACHINE TO REDUCE WATER CONTENT IN PRODUCTS
A vacuum evaporator is a machine used to reduce air content or concentrate a solution in a food or beverage product such as honey, milk, VCO oil, etc.
This machine uses a vacuum system where the product is placed in a process vessel, which is then connected to a Vacuum Pump. The pump will suction remove air and create low pressure in the chamber. When low pressure is reached, the liquid begins to evaporate and turns into steam.
