This machine is used for mixing liquid materials at high speed, so that all components can be mixed evenly and homogeneously. equipped with 2 top and side stirrers that are capable of mixing optimally. both stirrers have a high speed so that they are able to break up and mix all the liquid components evenly. the machine material is made of stainless steel so that it is able to maintain the hygiene of food products and chemical products. the tank is equipped with a heater, with a double jacket heating medium and also a triple jacket as a heat insulator. temperature control can be set and adjusted as needed via automatic digital thermocontrol.
This homogenizer is very suitable for dairy products, liquids, syrups, etc. with high speed of 2 stirrers able to break the milk fat particles into pieces.
