Soap Mixer Machine
This is the newest and specially designed soap mixing machine for mixing soap noodles as raw material of soap finishing line or soap chips coming from soap chips making machine of soap saponification line with other ingredients like dyes, fragrances, preservatives, additives, etc.
The mixer consists of specially shaped āZā blades mounted on closely spaced parallel shafts in a double 'U' shaped trough. With the help of the blades, the mass is rolled and folded back and pushed down to join the separated layers. This action is repeated until the desired uniformity is obtained. The rotational speed of each blade is different and adapted to the need for better results through a heavy-duty reduction gearbox system and electric motor.
The electric motor can be switched on and off with an automatic heavy-duty electric panel when needed. Mixing bucket design, blade design and suitable blade rotation speed provide excellent mixing results. The batch process usually takes about a few minutes.
Soap Vacuum Duplex Plodder Machine
Modern soap making uses duplex vacuum plodder for final mixing, compaction & air free extrusion of continuous rods especially in toilet soaps. The plodder (extrusion machine) is an important piece of equipment in the whole soap factory. It plays a major role in giving the final shape in the form of a bar of soap.
In the first stage the soap is compressed, homogenized and supplied to the vacuum chamber in the form of noodles. The soap is purified by a worm press machine. In order to achieve the purification effect, a purification filter (screen) (perforated disc) is installed at the outlet of the machine.
The noodle cutter is attached very close to the same disc used to cut soap noodles. When the soap mass passes through the same perforated disc, it is transferred to a noodle shape.
The noodles fall into a vacuum chamber, where they are picked up by the main extrusion worm press, compressed again continuously and then extruded in bar form.
A typical die design is provided with an extrusion barrel mouth piece to achieve a certain bar size and then the rod is cut into fixed lengths and dimensions. The plodder is equipped with a suitable cooling jacket system.
The tip of the conical compression head is heated by an electrically heated oil bath chamber under the control of a temperature controller to obtain a shiny surface on the bar of soap. The overall design of the machine with the very finely milled extrusion barrel and cone and the highly specialized design of the machine's extrusion screw and cone provide excellent soap mixing and compaction results.
Automatic circular bar cutting machine with engraved bar stamping
This machine was saved immediately after the vacuum duplex plodder and was used to cut soap into bar shapes. A blade which comes continuously from the mouth die, enters this machine and which cuts the same rod into fixed lengths.
It consists of two cast circular rolls with each containing three blades which are mounted equidistant according to another reel which has opposite fixed blades for cutting the soap.
